How many Yardi interfaces can I access?

Last updated: March 17, 2026

Yardi organizes data into different interfaces based on data type. For example, Common Data covers base property and unit information, Vendor Invoicing covers vendor details, Billing and Payments covers billing information, and so on.

Default Access

All approved Yardi vendors are granted access to the Common Data interface by default. In addition, Yardi will include one additional interface at no extra charge.

Additional Interfaces

Any interfaces beyond that second one are subject to Yardi's standard interface fee of $25,000 per year, per interface. If your integration requires data from multiple interfaces, you may need to factor this into your Yardi licensing.

How to Check Which Interfaces You Need

You can review our API documentation to see which Yardi interface is required for each of our endpoints - this article explains how to find that information.
