Propexo's Retry Policies

Propexo implements automatic retry policies across three completely separate areas of our system: webhooks, read operations, and write operations. These are independent components with their own distinct retry behaviors.

• Webhooks deliver event notifications from Propexo to your systems

• Read operations retrieve data from Property Management System (PMS) endpoints to hydrate Propexo's data

• Write operations send data updates to Property Management System (PMS) endpoints from Propexo endpoints

Each area has specific retry limits designed to balance reliability with system performance and data integrity. Understanding these policies and the differences between each operation helps you build more robust integrations and troubleshoot delivery issues effectively.
